1. Defective Items

• Eligibility: Items with manufacturing or material defects.

• Timeframe: Report defects within 14 days of delivery.

• Process:

  1. Email support@codusdesign.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description.

  2. Upon verification, we will send a prepaid return label.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.

2. Exchanges (Non-Defective)

• Eligibility: Wrong size, color, or part — provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

• Timeframe: Request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

• Process:

  1. Contact support@codusdesign.com with your order number and desired replacement item.

  2. Ship the original item 

  3. Include your order number inside the package.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the exchange.

• Shipping: All outbound and return shipping charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Shipping & Handling

• Defective Replacements: We cover return shipping with a prepaid label and ship replacements at no cost.

• Customer Exchanges & Returns: Customers arrange and cover shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance.

4. Limitations & Disclaimers

• Only the original purchaser may request a defect replacement or exchange.

• Items showing signs of misuse, modification, or accidental damage are not eligible.

• We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with these conditions.

• All limited-run or back-in-stock items are final sale.
